What is this?

This is a fully immersive escape room experience where you and your team solve puzzles, uncover hidden clues, and work together to escape before time runs out. Each room has its own story, atmosphere, and challenges that put you right in the middle of the action.

If I’m late, can I still play?

Please arrive on time! Games start at the scheduled time to avoid interrupting other groups. If you are late, your playtime may be shortened, or you may lose your reservation. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.

I need to reschedule my reservation!

No problem. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking to reschedule. Same-day changes may not be guaranteed.

How many people can play at once?

Each room is designed for 2–10 players. For the best experience, we recommend teams of 4–5 players.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required to secure your spot. You can easily book online through our website or by calling us.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on group size, but typically ranges from $XX–$XX per person

Is this a haunted house?

No — this isn’t a traditional haunted house. Our escape rooms are story-driven, puzzle-filled adventures. While some rooms feature scary or suspenseful themes (like Bloody Mary or The Purge), they’re focused on solving challenges, not just jump scares.

How long do I have to complete the game?

Each escape room lasts 60 minutes. You’ll have one full hour to explore, solve puzzles, and escape… if you can!

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

Most rooms are recommended for ages 12 and up due to difficulty and scary themes. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I have to arrive in advance?

Yes, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, and hear the game briefing. This ensures you get the full 60 minutes of gameplay.

What, if anything, should I bring to the game?

Just bring your team, your brain, and your sense of adventure! Everything you need to play will be provided inside the room. No outside tools, phones, or flashlights are needed.

Is it scary?

Some of our rooms (like Bloody Mary and The Purge) are designed to be intense, suspenseful, and creepy — but fun! If you prefer something less scary, ask our staff which rooms are better suited for a lighter experience.
